1. Working principle of concrete pipe cage welding machine
According to the construction requirements, the main ribs of the steel cage are fixed by manually passing through the corresponding template circular holes of the fixed rotating disc to the corresponding holes of the moving rotating disc, and the ends of the ribs (wound ribs) are first welded to one main rib and then fixed. The rotating disk and the rotating rotating disk rotate to wrap the rib around the main rib (the moving disk is rotated while moving sideways), and at the same time, welding is performed to form a product steel cage.
2. Working process of concrete pipe cage welding machine
1). Fast processing speed: Under normal circumstances, there are 5 people in the preparation and rolling welding, which can be processed in two shifts. 10 people can process more than 20 cages with 12-meter long products in one day (preparation, seam welding, rib installation, The installation of the probe tube, the installation of the guide block, etc.), the work efficiency is very high.
2).The processing quality is stable and reliable: due to the use of CNC mechanized operation, the distance between the main ribs and the winding ribs is uniform, the diameter of the steel cage is consistent, and the product quality fully meets the specifications. In the actual production of steel cages by hand, the engineering supervision goes to the processing site for inspection almost every day. After the mechanical processing, the supervision basically implements the “exemption inspection” for the mechanically processed steel cages.
3). The hoop tendons need not be lapped, which saves 1.5% of materials compared with manual work, which reduces construction costs.
4). Since the main ribs are evenly distributed on the circumference, it is convenient to overlap a plurality of steel cages, saving the hoisting time.
5). Mechanized processing of steel cages has been guaranteed in terms of quality control.
(1). Keep the equipment clean. Remove the main drive wheel, electrode guide, spatter on the welding electrode, dirt and dust daily.
(2). Daily inspection of the lubrication of the moving parts, especially the variable diameter slide, electrode guide and reducer screw, must be lubricated daily.
(3). Check the wear of the electrode working surface daily. If the welding electrode groove is too deep or the adhesion is serious, it should be repaired or replaced immediately.
(4). Check the tightening of the flanges at both ends of the center shaft, the reducer system bearing seat, and the limit wheel tightening bolts daily. If looseness is found, tighten immediately. (5). Check whether the waterway cooling system is unblocked daily and there is no water leakage. When the winter work is completed, the residual cooling water in the pipeline must be blown daily to avoid damage to the equipment. When the cooling water flow in the summer is too late, the surface of the electrode plate will be dew. As a result of the insulation falling, the condensation should be removed and the amount of cooling water adjusted to avoid condensation.
