2. Working principle of horizontal concrete pipe machine
The machine consists of a four-way transmission system, such as main disc rotation, pusher rib pushing ribs, front and rear disc movement and welding mechanism movement, driven by their respective speed regulating motors. The electronic proportional speed control system ensures that the skeleton pitch and the socket angle do not change with the adjustment of the welding speed. The speed of the adjustable motor can change the pitch of the ring and the angle of the socket. Adjust the position of the soldering station and the welding mechanism on the main plate (electric control) to weld the drain pipe skeleton of different specifications.
3. Routine maintenance
1) .The four cycloidal pinwheel reducers have been greased before leaving the factory. Each time they are repaired, special grease should be added (according to the manufacturer's product manual).
2) .Chains, gears, screw rods and other transmission parts, push rod walking parts and fueling nozzles, often refueling
3) .When the groove on the welding wheel is too deep, the welding slag is too much, and it is worn to the limit scale, it should be repaired or replaced in time. After the groove on the conductive sleeve is ground, the position should be changed in time.
4) .The conductive copper strip end bolts between the welding transformer and the welding wheel and the conductive wheel should be checked and tightened frequently to prevent loosening of the ablation.
5) .Always remove dust from the electrical control cabinet, and always check the screws that secure the terminals. For each fixed length, positioning non-contact switch, the fastening should be checked frequently to prevent displacement.
6) .Do not use steel bars that exceed the diameter range, surface rust and oil stains for welding.
