Concrete electric centrifugal spinning machine is used to produce electric poles. In consideration of the contact with cement slurry during centrifugation, it is necessary to do a good job of waterproofing and anti-slurry treatment during the production of the centrifuge. It can be used outdoors as long as it is fixed.
2.Process of produce cement electric pole
1). First of all, the steel wire coil needs to be straight. There is a wire rod machine in the house. Because the backlight is not photographed, it straightens a bunch of wire coils.
2). According to the length of the pole, use a steel bar straightening and cutting machine to cut it to a fixed length. The steel wire is to be made of the cement pole (equivalent to a weft).
3). This is the mold of the cement pole, two halves.
4). Straighten the steel wire with at least 8 bars per pole. Some pole factories require 12 bars for stability (this has more than one bar). At the same time, a thin steel wire is used to form a weft of a circle, and the steel wire that surrounds the weft is tied with a wire, so that the keel of the cement pole is in the mold. Then fill it with a certain percentage of cement.
5). After the cement is filled, cover the upper mold, and the two ends are fitted with the tensioning discs (prestressed concrete poles need to be stretched and stretched, and the self-stressed concrete poles can be directly produced).
6). Then use a gantry crane to lift the mold to the centrifuge.
7). The centrifuge rotates at a high speed for a certain time at a certain speed. Through the centrifuge, the cement is affixed to the surrounding area, and the cement pole becomes hollow.
8). Then, through a gantry crane, hang into the rectangular semi-underground large container. This rectangular large container is connected to a boiler, which is equivalent to a large steamer.
9). Put the lid on the steaming pond and use high temperature steam to cure the cement pole for 4-6 hours, the purpose is to accelerate the curing of the cement. After high temperature steaming, the cement pole has basically solidified to 95%, and is basically set.
10). Hang it down with a gantry crane and remove the plugs at both ends. This is the finished product.
