It is mainly composed of two horizontally-arranged circular grooved row mixing drums, two stirring shafts and rotating mechanisms in opposite directions. Several sets of stirring blades are installed on the two shafts, and the front and back are staggered by a certain space. So that the mixture is stirred in turns in the two mixing buckets. On the one hand, the bottom and the middle of the mixing bucket are turned upside down, and on the other hand, the mixture is pushed forward and backward along the axis, so that the mixture is obtained. Stir quickly and evenly.
2.Main component of concrete mixing machine
1). Stirring structure: the working device of the mixer. There are two structural forms: blades installed in the mixing drum and blades installed on the stirring shaft.
2). Feeding structure: put batch materials into the mixing drum. Common forms include flip-type hoppers, lifting hoppers, and fixed hoppers.
3). Unloading structure: unload the fresh concrete out of the mixing drum. There are unloading type, tipping type, spiral blade type and so on.
4). Transmission structure: transmit power to each working mechanism of the mixer. The main forms are belt drive, friction drive, gear drive, chain drive and hydraulic drive.
1). Check the hoisting motor production performance and make appropriate adjustments.
2). Check the pump for water leakage.
3). Check the open gear and adjust the tightness of the belt to avoid slipping.
4). Check the blades and liners for wear and replace as necessary.
