Cement pipe molds require craftsmanship when producing cement pipes. Now we have three most commonly used processes, which are introduced below.

1. Centrifugal tube making process:

Using plastic concrete, the pipe wall structure is layered after molding, which affects the load resistance of the concrete; the concrete number is usually C30, and C40 can also be achieved, but the emphasis of the concrete at the mouth of the pipe is lower than the pipe body, which is not suitable for Pipe jacking; when the pipe mold is lying on the centrifuge at high speed, the steel mesh moves with it. There are two situations that affect the service life of the pipe:

(1) When the welded joints of the reinforcement mesh are not secure, running tendons and leaking tendencies will occur, which will cause the pipe body to appear unstretched.

(2) It is difficult to center the reinforcing mesh after forming. The reinforcing mesh is eccentric, that is, the protective layer of the reinforcing mesh is not uniform; this process requires a large number of molds to ensure the output. The size of each mold is biased. Long-term disassembly and use of the mold will also cause large deformation, which results in large deviations in the roundness of the pipe, the verticality of the nozzle, the diameter of the pipe, and the length of the pipe, which affects the installation quality of the project, and leakage will cause the road surface. Subsidence causes pollution to the soil and groundwater on both sides of the pipeline.


2.Hanging roll pipe making process:

Adopting dry and hard concrete, the concrete structure of the pipe wall is uniform, and the load resistance is good; the concrete designation is usually C30, C40; the noise during molding is reduced compared to the centrifugal process, and the operating site environment is cleaner than the centrifugal process; The wall thickness of the caliber pipe must be increased to meet the impermeability requirements; some other disadvantages of the centrifugal process also exist with the suspension roll process.


3. Mandrel vibration process:

This process uses semi-dry rigid concrete. The vertical cloth inner mold vibrates and is radially extruded. Through the adjustment of the inner mold vibration force and amplitude during molding, the concrete is compacted with the best vibration force to obtain a C50 high-strength pipe Concrete, the pipeline's anti-load capacity and impermeability are significantly enhanced compared with centrifugal and suspension roll processes.
